“Mobile first” CSS and getting Sass to help with legacy IE

Nicolas Gallagher with an interesting approach to using a combination of Sass, media queries, and IE’s conditional comments to create responsive designs, and to even more/less painlessly deal with legacy versions of Internet Explorer.
